This role is critical to ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining high-quality service standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

As the Team Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead a team of administrative professionals and paralegals, ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated and completed to high standards.
  • Collaborate with partners to optimize operations, improve attorney satisfaction, and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor financial performance, including billable hours and collections, to support practice profitability.
  • Oversee team productivity metrics and staffing needs, ensuring balanced workloads and effective utilization.
  • Mentor and develop team members through training, feedback, and career growth opportunities.


What We’re Looking For

Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range is from $130,000 - $150,000+ depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance.
