Inspired by the rich agricultural bounty of Baja California and California, Valle offers a dining experience guided by seasonality, craftsmanship, and a spirit of innovation. Every menu honors regional ingredients while embracing contemporary technique, delivering an experience that is unmistakably rooted in the spirit of Mexico.

This Valle Administrator/Public Relations Specialist position is responsible for being the Executive Chef's right hand. This person must be tech savvy as they will be the main administrator for the Talk platform, which is the reservations platform Valle utilizes. This person will be responsible for monitoring marketing for Talk and the Valle website, an update verbiage as needed and relevant. This person will work very closely with the Hyatt Marketing team to ensure the website is consistently up to date. This person will also oversee Valle social media with the Marketing team. This person will coordinate all special events taking place in Valle, along with communicating with external sources to plan and schedule special events for Chef Roberto to attend. You will also monitor the Valle email inbox and respond in a timely manner. This person will stay connected with the Hyatt Reservations team and audit reservations, payments and resolve any payment issues that may arise.

This list is not all-encompassing and that daily work tasks may and can be altered to meet business needs and at the request of Chef Roberto.

This is a fully onsite, part time position, with expected 29 hours or less per week.

The hourly rate for this position is $26.00/hr

         Previous experience in admin capacity in a fine dining restaurant.

         Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

         Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling, and simple grasping frequently; squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally.

         Ability to stand for long periods of time.

         Ability to work well under pressure.

         The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

         Basic math and computer skills.

         Punctual and reliable.
