PCI Race Radios | Cypress, CA

PCI Race Radios is a leading Off-Road Racing Equipment manufacturer, distributor, and retailer based in Cypress, California. We design and support communication systems trusted by top teams, weekend racers, and off-road enthusiasts across the country.

At PCI, we consider sales associates to be technical support staff and technicians to also be sales people. The core at any PCI position is excellent customer service. This position will focus on electronics assembly. This position will have the option to travel to race and events in the Southwest US and Baja California, Mexico.

About the Role

We’re seeking a technician who can represent PCI both in-house and on the road. This role is ideal for:

  • An entry-level candidate looking to break into the off-road or powersports industry
  • A motivated technician ready to grow with a respected brand
  • Someone mechanically inclined who enjoys both technical products and customer interaction

Responsibilities:

  • Helmet, Intercom and other electronics assembly and repairs.
  • Provide outstanding customer support at Headquarters, over the phone, email and in person at events and races.
  • You will travel to off-road races, and UTV events (approximately 15 overnight trips per year), working directly with customers, dealers, and race teams provide technical support, educate, and assist with new products.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Mechanically inclined and eager to learn technical products
  • Experience with Soldering, Hand Tools such as a drill, grinder, Dremel, etc.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Willing and able to travel (overnight, in and out of state)
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one
  • Safe driving record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–50 lbs regularly
