At Chick-fil-A, the Back of House Team Member - Dishwasher role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and efficient, and for ensuring that dishes and equipment are clean and available for use. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

Main Responsibilities for a Back of House Team Member- Dishwasher:
  • Consistently ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing flatware, dishes, pans, and pots.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen machines and appliances (coffee makers, pans, pots, mixers, stoves)
  • Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including appliances and machines
  • Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and management
  • Trash runs
Back of House Team Member- Dishwasher Qualifications:
  • A passion for cleanliness and food service; ability to follow all food safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift heavy items
