Job Summary
We are seeking an friendly and professional Escrow Officer to join our team! Book of business a must!  In this role, you will coordinate with realtors, loan officers, underwriters, and other professionals to assist clients with the closing process in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills. 
Responsibilities 
  • Coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry, including real estate agents and loan officers
  • Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions and monitor compliance with contracts
  • Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
  • Prepare and deliver closing documents to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
  • Facilitate the disbursement of escrow funds
  • Perform administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience closing escrow transactions a must
  • Understanding of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and the escrow process
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computer software, including familiarity with title and escrow software
