Job Description: Program Director

Position Summary: Intrinsic Behavioral seeks a dedicated Program Director to oversee our community integration services for individuals with disabilities. This role involves direct supervision by a Program Supervisor, who will manage Direct Care Professionals to ensure high-quality care and support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with Medicaid waivers and a passion for enhancing the lives of those we serve.

About Intrinsic Behavioral: Intrinsic Behavioral has been a trusted provider of disability services for four years and is now expanding our offerings to include services under the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver. As our company grows, we are committed to creating opportunities for professional advancement and development within our team. Our focus is on delivering personalized care in a relaxed, supportive environment where clients and staff can thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of community integration programs.
  • Supervise and support Direct Care Professionals in delivering quality care.
  • Ensure shift coverage, including being expected to cover shifts as needed.
  • Assist in running errands or attending medical appointments for clients.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote community involvement for individuals with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR, with training in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) preferred.
