Legal Case Manager


Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others? Are you driven by a strong work ethic and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you assist? If so, we invite you to consider joining our team as a Case Manger at Hankey Marks & Crider in our disability department.


Position: We are seeking a Case Manager to join our growing legal team. Our current team of Case Managers are compassionate and reliable, and often have backgrounds in customer service, patient relations, social work, or sales. Prior experience in the legal field is not required! Computer skills in Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn a database management program are needed, but we provide all additional training.


A Case Manager is the voice of our law office, as they are responsible for having daily interactions with clients as their claims move along the disability process. As a Case Manager, you would be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to: answering client questions, providing updates to clients, communicating with the Social Security Administration, logging in documents, and updating client files. This role offers a unique chance to grow your skills while making a true difference in the lives of those we represent.
