Principal IT Digital Transformation Lead - Supply Chain Digital Experience

Summary

In this strategic role, you will serve as the Digital Transformation Lead (DTL) for Canada Supply Chain, acting as the primary bridge between business leaders and Technology teams. You will drive modernization across warehousing, distribution, logistics, and order management, translating business priorities into scalable technology solutions that enhance efficiency and competitive advantage.

What You'll Do
  • Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain leadership and Technology teams
  • Own and manage the Supply Chain IT portfolio, including demand intake, prioritization, and governance
  • Define and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap
  • Translate business needs into technology solutions (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS) and vice versa
  • Partner with stakeholders across warehousing, distribution, and logistics to identify improvements
  • Lead business case development for transformation initiatives and investments
  • Ensure end-to-end supply chain processes are stable, optimized, and scalable
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical operational and system issues
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes
