The Office of Digital Transformation at Lam Research is responsible for the creation of next generation business processes and accelerated adoption of technology across the company. The Digital Transformation, Sr. Mgr. DT Kinaxis ‑ Advanced Supply Chain and Factory planning Lead is a unique opportunity to transform a market‑leading semiconductor company to scale for past and future growth at an unprecedented time in our industry.

What you’ll do
  • Architect and lead Kinaxis deployments across modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity & Factory Planning, Order Fulfillment, and S&OP
  • Model semiconductor‑specific constraints such as long lead times, multi‑stage BOMs, and fab‑to‑assembly flows
  • Planning implementations related to Engineer to Order and Configure to Order business processes
  • Integrate Kinaxis with ERP (SAP ECC & S/4 Parallel landscapes), MES, PLM, and CRM systems
  • Enable scenario planning, control tower visibility, and predictive analytics for proactive decision‑making
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align planning with product lifecycle and NPI
  • Drive change to implement optimized business processes across different functions
  • Assist the leadership in establishing the center of excellence to bring incremental values through innovations to the deployed digital transformation solutions
  • Implementation of tools and AI to support and optimize various business functions across portfolio management, supply chain planning, factory and manufacturing optimizations products to spares as well as efficient cost tracking during product development
  • Driving business transformation with departmental leaders, change management through employees, and enhanced future‑ready connected process and systems
  • Be a cultural change agent in the company to drive transformation and continuous improvement and re‑imagine processes to streamline and drive efficiencies
  • Develop digital tools to enable streamlined process and connectivity. Enable new business models to drive new revenue streams. Increase customer value through better outcomes
  • Drive change to increase data accuracy through up front processes, governance, and closed‑loop accountability. Partner across the data team to strategize completion of design data objects, dependencies, and to drive business value through insights and decision making
  • Advise leadership team on data and analytics value, opportunities, and strategy
Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field. MBA or master’s preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 14+ years of proven experience in operations consulting, strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, and tools implementation experience, and improvement initiatives including experience in process digitalization and digital transformation in leading/fast growth companies
  • Experience in large‑scale transformation implementations and drive teams in a matrix team environment towards deliverables
  • Drive innovation through center of excellence program in reaching organization transformation goals and beyond
  • Deep experience in digital design tools including primary skill set on Kinaxis and interfaces using Talend and Data Fabric to SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ERP, PLM, MES, CRM connected business processes and applications
  • Experience in upstream market analytics for new tools and process improvements for complex, high growth companies along with downstream impact on supply chain, planning, logistics, and finance. Order processing and customer service
  • Storyteller with an ability to drive organizational change management. Consistently shows exponential thinking and incremental execution. Understanding of best practices in the industry and application to real life
  • Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and product development life cycles. Deep understanding of cross functional business processes and connectivity. Demonstrates a growth mindset and has an eye to the art of the possible
  • Influences and drives change by driving partnerships and alignment across the orgs. Deep experience in requirements to product design and commercialization

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00 - $287,000.00. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
