  • Drive both equipment connectivity to Nexa as well as drive customers to upgrade to the paid version of the Nexa platform
  • Ensure the right quality and speed of execution together with software engineering
  • Use Product Lead Growth methodologies to increase the growth of Nexa
  • Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
  • Effectively prioritize and define product features so that Engineering, and others, can collaboratively design and execute
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions
  • Continuously rebalance product / service features which maximize value to focus on the highest returning initiatives
  • During the initial phases of the product build, work closely with Commercial and Business Operations to drive a successful customer experience (in pilots and acquired customers) focused on value, with the aim to retain and grow the business
  • Support the team in creating a world-class digital product and design team function within Watts
  • Contribute to a high-performing, innovative, one-team culture
