The salary range for this role, based in Irvine, CA is $139,000.00 to $173,800.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Job Summary
The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team drives a revenue-first mindset across the organization by delivering insights, tools, and capabilities that guide strategic decisions and day-to-day prioritization.
The Senior Manager, Decision Support - RGM will serve as a critical partner to the PRUSA Commercial Sales West Region and Finance teams, identifying revenue opportunities and embedding advanced RGM capabilities through the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes. This role will help ensure PRUSA brands achieve optimal market positioning and sustainable top-line growth within the region.
As the central control point for division pricing and promotional execution, this position will define best practices, consolidate division pricing and promotional calendars, monitor compliance, and enable data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will be a strategic influencer who helps unlock the full value of RGM across the business.
This role will be based in PRUSA's new California Hub in Irvine, CA, a modern workspace designed to bring cross-functional teams together and strengthen the company's presence in a key U.S. market.

What You'll Do
  • Revenue Optimization: Lead initiatives to identify and execute pricing and investment optimization opportunities that maximize value growth and margin.
  • Promotional Efficiency: Maintain and leverage tools, including promotional calendars, ROI calculators, and KPI trackers, to improve promotional effectiveness and trade spend ROI.
  • Execution Excellence: Consolidate state and division pricing and promotional calendars to create a national view; monitor compliance and track shelf pricing using automated dashboards, including Power BI.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Finance, and the National Commercial RGM team to align pricing execution with commercial priorities and innovation launches.
  • Capability Building: Drive adoption of RGM tools and processes across Sales and Finance teams; champion best practice sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex data into actionable recommendations, even with incomplete datasets, to guide pricing and promotional decisions.
  • Governance & Control: Serve as a central point of contact and guardian of pricing strategy and execution, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of national priorities.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-9 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial Finance, or a related analytical role within beverage alcohol, CPG, or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to build financial models and analyze large datasets from internal and syndicated sources, such as Nielsen, NABCA, IRI, Numerator, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools, such as Vistaar PSM, and ERP systems, such as JDE.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a business improvement mindset.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
