Job description


Seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join team in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
This position is a direct-employment model - you may be employed with either a 1099 model or direct W-2 employment with full medical and retirement benefits and generous time away package.
Position Details:
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Coverage schedule is provided by a collegial and local mixed group of MDs and CRNAs
  • Weekday and weekend call managed on an equitable rotation of 1:5 call (CRNA first call, MD back up call)
  • Off post-call
  • This is a collaborative and independent model - practice at full scope, with available MD backup call as needed and one float each day between the main OR and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
  • Cases include: General, OB/c-sections, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Trauma (level 3 hospital), Healthy Peds and lots of regional
  • Main hospital OR + Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) cases included
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $400,000 all-inclusive (1099) package with additional shift and call pays> 39 weeks annually; W-2 salary of $360,000 + extra shift and call pays and full benefits package
  • Up to 13 weeks away in 1099 Model; up to 8 weeks time away in W-2 benefitted model
  • Sign-on bonus is $30K to $50K depending on experience for a 2-year commitment and 5K in relocation expenses
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Will consider hiring new graduates ahead of graduation that are comfortable working independently
  • New graduates will have a transition-to-practice plan
