Fabletics is currently looking for an Sr. Manager, Costco Operations.
How do you fit in?
The Sr. Manager, Costco Operations is responsible for the operational execution of one of Fabletics' largest and most strategic wholesale accounts. This role serves as the central point of coordination across Sales, Production, Logistics, Merchandising, Creative, and Executive Leadership to ensure every program launches accurately and on schedule.
Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. This individual proactively identifies risks, drives accountability across cross-functional teams, and ensures leadership has clear visibility into program status, deliverables, and potential issues.
This role will report to the VP, Wholesale.
What you will do:
  • Own operational execution of the Costco business from purchase order through shipment.
  • Review order confirmations for accuracy, identify discrepancies, manage revisions, and communicate changes to all cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure all product information, including UPCs, item setup, specifications, and supporting data, is complete and accurately distributed across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage all customer-facing assets, including PDP imagery, web copy, joker tags, packaging assets, PDQs, and other required merchandising materials.
  • Lead weekly cross-functional meetings with Production, Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams to review milestones, track deliverables, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed project timelines and ensure key deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Identify operational risks early, escalate issues appropriately, and recommend solutions before timelines are impacted.
  • Build executive-level presentations that communicate business status, key milestones, risks, and action plans.
  • Provide regular project updates to executive leadership with concise, actionable communication.
  • Continuously improve operational processes, documentation, and cross-functional workflows to increase efficiency and reduce execution risk.

What you can bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in wholesale operations, retail operations, project management, or account operations.
  • Direct experience supporting Costco programs strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-volume programs simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to identify risks early, communicate effectively, and drive resolution across teams.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
  • Strong Excel proficiency and comfort working with large volumes of product and order data.
  • Comfortable operating independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $114,692-$157,728. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
