Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager, Commodity Solutions to lead solution architecture efforts for complex business and technology transformations. In this role, you will help clients define scalable architecture approaches, align technology decisions to business objectives, and drive delivery across large, cross-functional programs.   • Work with client stakeholders to define business requirements, assess alignment to standard RightAngle capabilities, and identify configuration and customization options
  • Drive integration across functional processes to support cohesive solutions for trade capture, risk management, scheduling, settlement, and downstream impacts
  • Guide solution decisions by evaluating business needs, process dependencies, control requirements, and exception handling considerations
  • Lead design workshops, mentor team members, and provide oversight through solution design, build, testing, and deployment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field
  • 12+ years of experience in commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) implementations, including multiple full lifecycle RightAngle implementations
  • Experience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design for CTRM transformations
  • Experience aligning business requirements to standard RightAngle capabilities, process design considerations, and customization approaches
  • Experience across trading, risk, scheduling, and settlement business processes in commodity trading environments
  • Experience leading solution decisions with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Ability to travel 75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience with RightAngle modules supporting natural gas, power, crude, or refined products
  • Experience designing solutions across trading, risk, scheduling, and settlement domains
  • Experience evaluating impacts across upstream and downstream business processes and functional dependencies
  • Experience supporting interfaces with market data providers, trade capture systems, and financial systems

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
