Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide L1/L2 functional and production support for TPXL.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving trade capture, pricing, valuation, positions, risk, scheduling, inventory, settlements, invoicing, and market data.
  • Configure TPXL contracts, counterparties, books, portfolios, products, pricing setups, curves, and reference data.
  • Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, workflows, reports, reconciliations, and EOD/month-end processes.
  • Perform incident triage, root-cause analysis, data validation, and issue resolution.
  • Manage incidents, requests, and problems using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Coordinate with business users, vendors, developers, and production support teams.
  • Maintain runbooks, support documentation, knowledge articles, and handover notes.
  • Provide user guidance and training on TPXL functionality.
Required Skills
  • Hands-on Triple Point Commodity XL (TPXL) production support and configuration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of physical and financial commodity trading and trade lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with trade capture, pricing, valuation, positions, exposure, risk, scheduling, logistics, inventory, settlements, and invoicing.
  • Strong application troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with TPXL reference data, market data, curves, contracts, books, portfolios, and products.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools.
