General Manager - Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial Services

Knoxville, TN

We are a growing commercial cleaning, janitorial, and facility services company seeking an experienced General Manager to lead branch operations in Knoxville, Tennessee.

This leadership role is responsible for P&L management, operations management, workforce leadership, customer retention, and business development within a fast-paced, labor-driven service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead branch operations, multi-site management, and field operations teams
  • Manage full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and EBITDA performance
  • Control direct labor costs, staffing levels, overtime management, and productivity metrics
  • Drive customer retention, account management, and client satisfaction
  • Oversee janitorial services, commercial cleaning operations, facility maintenance support services
  • Execute business development strategies, B2B sales growth, and contract expansion
  • Conduct performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue growth, gross margin, labor percentages, and service delivery metrics
Qualifications
