Join us at Christian Brothers Services, where our mission is to support and serve the Catholic Church and its ministries across the nation. The Risk Solutions division is looking for a Member Services Coordinator. The Member Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Risk Solutions operations by managing accounts receivable-related customer service, coordinating division projects and mailers, supporting the SAP annual enrollment process, and responding to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner. If you excel in customer service, enjoy working with data and documents, and can juggle multiple priorities with precision, we’d love to meet you!

Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivables: monitor aging reports, issue notices, and communicate with members.

  • Coordinate divisional projects and mailers, including creating/editing fillable forms and performing mail merges.

  • Lead the SAP annual enrollment process—verify registrations, update documents, maintain accuracy standards, and file electronic records.

  • Support members via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as web registrations, monthly reports, and division support.
