Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead our portfolio in cardiovascular, structural heart, and complex catheter solutions.
This role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking within a CDMO environment (extrusion, molding, assembly, and finished devices).
You will be responsible for defining portfolio strategy, optimizing pricing, and driving profitable growth in a highly competitive and innovation-driven market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives in cardiovascular and structural heart segments.
  • Pricing & Profitability:
    Define and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining strong competitive positioning.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    Lead the full product lifecycle-from concept to commercialization-leveraging market feedback and performance data to continuously optimize offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
  • Manufacturing Excellence:
    Support and influence manufacturing processes across extrusion, molding, assembly, and finished device production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Conduct in-depth market analysis, including customer insights, competitive benchmarking, and identification of emerging trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Commercial Enablement:
    Act as a subject matter expert to support sales teams with technical and product insights, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in the medical device industry, ideally in cardiovascular or catheter-based solutions.
  • Proven experience in a CDMO environment with exposure to extrusion, molding, assembly, and/or finished devices.
  • Strong understanding of product portfolio management, pricing strategies, and commercial drivers.
  • Solid knowledge of medical device regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
