  • Present high-impact initiatives to the CEO that provide influential cultural moments as points of contact between Bishop Barron and his intended audience; apply a strategic approach to social positioning and communications

  • Monitor digital sentiment and cultural shifts, ensuring the apostolate pivots quickly to protect and elevate Bishop Barron's voice
  • Oversee the aesthetic and intellectual integrity of all content, ensuring that every short-form video, long-form discourse, and visual asset reflects the excellence and dignity of Word on Fire’s brand
  • Cultivate strategic, high-level relationships with global digital influencers and media personalities to facilitate collaborative opportunities
  • Translate complex theological and philosophical insights into high-impact digital assets that resonate with a global audience while maintaining the rigor of the Catholic intellectual tradition
Requirements

  • Exceptional ability to internalize and amplify the specific voice, tone, and cadence of Bishop Robert Barron
  • Deep familiarity with the Catholic intellectual tradition and the teachings of the Church
  • Ability to work irregular hours and travel as necessary to provide real-time digital coverage for the Bishop Barron’s events and public appearances
  • Commitment to the mission of Word on Fire
