Position Summary

The Clinical Manager – Care (Case) Management is responsible for leading the Case Management team, overseeing care coordination, utilization management, and discharge planning to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care across the continuum. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, optimizes patient outcomes, and supports organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Case Management operations and staff.
  • Oversee care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements.
  • Monitor quality, patient outcomes, and departmental performance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Recent acute care and Case Management leadership experience preferred.
  • Current Nevada RN license and BLS certification (AHA).
  • CCM or ACM certification preferred.
