We are seeking a Director of Case Management to direct and lead the Total Access region comprised of multiple individual teams of Supervisors, Case Coordination Representatives, and Case Coordination Senior Representatives. This individual will align the team with the vision and values of the company seeking to meet or exceed goals set forth for the department.

This position is based in our Las Vegas, Nevada office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to Supervisors, Senior Case Coordination Representatives, and Case Coordination Representatives to ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain departmental SOPs, ensuring updates are communicated effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and support growth initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and internal partners to support departmental and company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Servicing, and Operations teams to proactively resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Ensure the team is staffed appropriately as well as anticipating future recruitment.
  • Monitor team performance and workload distribution to ensure compliance with established (SLAs) and operational standards.
  • Review and adjust firm assignments and case allocations to ensure balanced workloads and efficient case handling.
  • Conduct case audits to ensure team members appropriately address case concerns and that funding commitments align with company policies and risk guidelines.
  • Mentor and develop Supervisors and team members, supporting professional growth and leadership development within the department.
  • Utilize operational data and performance metrics to identify performance issues and implement corrective action where necessary.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for Supervisors and track development progress throughout the year.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant industry experience.
  • Technical proficiency, continuous improvement & project management skills, curiosity, and ability to influence others are critical for this role.
  • Successful leader with a strong desire to coach and develop team members.
  • Thorough understanding of personal injury, medical terminology, and procedures is preferred.
  • Organized and solution focused.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Must be able to work in the Las Vegas, NV office.
