Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Director to join our team as the Director of Case Management. As a leader in healthcare staffing and solutions, Progeny HR Solutions LLC is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our clients and patients.

As the Director of Case Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the case management department, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing staff, and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to patients. You will work closely with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for case management services

- Manage and oversee case management staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice

- Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and quality of care

- Monitor and analyze case management data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans
