Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician for a full-time opportunity in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. This role is driven by growth and transition from rotational coverage to a dedicated provider model.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Full-time Hematology/Oncology Physician
Primarily outpatient setting
Minimal hospital involvement
No formal call responsibilities
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: ~$500,000
Year 2+ Earnings: $750,000-$800,000+
Significant bonus structure
Profit sharing opportunity
Partnership track potential
Sign-on + relocation: ~$25,000 (flexible)
SCHEDULE
Clinic: Monday-Wednesday (St. Thomas)
Infusion/Admin: Thursday-Friday
Hours: ~8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Patient Volume: ~20-25/day
Flexible scheduling options available (including alternative rotations)
CLINICAL SCOPE
~70% Oncology / 30% Hematology
Common cases: Breast, Prostate, Melanoma
Consults and follow-ups
Chemotherapy management
Infusion oversight
Bone marrow biopsies required
FACILITY
Brand new cancer center
Full infusion center onsite
Radiation oncology available (hospital-supported)
In-house lab and imaging
SUPPORT
Oncology RN (lead/manager)
Additional RN and MA support
Administrative/front desk staff
1 dedicated APP per site + 1 rotating support APP

Requirements

Clear and active medical license REQUIRED
Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology REQUIRED
Active DEA REQUIRED
Bone marrow biopsy experience REQUIRED
No residents - must be practicing physician (early career considered)
