As a Vice President, Loyalty Strategy & Competitive Intelligence Lead in Chase Auto Private Label Captive Finance, you own competitive intelligence for loyalty, acquisition, and attrition and lead loyalty initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will help us and our manufacturer partners understand the competitive landscape and where we can win through targeted experiences, offers, and retailer enablement. You will partner across analytics, finance, marketing, digital product, and operations to build business cases, define success metrics, and track performance. We value clear thinking, strong collaboration, and practical recommendations that improve results.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a loyalty strategy for private label captive finance brands grounded in customer insights and partner objectives
  • Analyze internal, third-party, and market data to assess loyalty performance, customer behavior, and offer effectiveness
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and differentiated opportunities
  • Build business cases and cost-benefit analyses, including opportunity sizing, investment needs, risks, and trade-offs
  • Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting that tracks initiative performance against defined metrics
  • Translate complex analysis into concise recommendations and decisions needed for senior leaders and partners
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement loyalty initiatives and operationalize measurement plans
  • Improve analytics and reporting processes by applying automation and emerging technology capabilities
  • Define and track testing approaches to evaluate loyalty actions and inform iterative improvements
  • Support partner discussions with insights on positioning, performance, and actionable growth opportunities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 years of experience in strategy, marketing, consulting, finance, analytics, loyalty, automotive, or related fields
  • 3 years of experience using customer, portfolio, market, or performance data to generate insights and recommendations
  • 3 years of experience building business cases and conducting cost-benefit analysis tied to financial outcomes
  • 3 years of experience performing competitive analysis and translating competitor and market trends into strategic implications
  • Experience creating executive-level materials that summarize analysis, recommendations, and actions required
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics and drive delivery against them
  • Demonstrated experience using automation, analytical tools, or emerging technology to improve insight generation or decision support
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, including driving alignment and accountability across teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience developing and implementing initiatives that improve loyalty, retention, engagement, or customer experience
  • Experience in captive finance, automotive finance, or partnering directly with automotive manufacturers
  • Experience shaping loyalty strategy for both consumer and partner audiences
  • Hands-on experience with segmentation, forecasting, propensity modeling, or test-and-learn measurement approaches
  • Experience building partner-facing business cases supported by customer insights and financial analysis
  • Experience improving digital experiences related to loyalty, targeting, or offer delivery
  • Experience with retailer enablement strategies that drive loyalty outcomes at the point of sale
