Job description

TMB, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within the federal contracting space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing business opportunities, with specific experience with Navy SeaPort and GSA OASIS programs. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, proposal development expertise, and the ability to drive results in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Work with leadership team to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and government agencies.
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of proposal development, including writing, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
  • Lead proposal teams and coordinate resources to deliver high-quality, timely submissions.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to enhance competitive positioning.
Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of experience in business development within federal contracting, ideally including.
  • Demonstrated experience with Navy SeaPort and GSA OASIS contract vehicles.
  • Strong background in writing and managing federal contracting proposals, ideally with prior Navy experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
