Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Catering Servers to join our team!
As a key part of our event staff, you will represent our brand at weddings, corporate events, private dinners, and special occasions. Catering Servers are the face of our company on-site and play a crucial role in creating a smooth, memorable guest experience.
In this role, you will help set up event spaces, provide exceptional table and buffet service, deliver food and beverages, maintain event cleanliness, and support the lead chef or event captain throughout service. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and attentive, with excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
This is part-time, event-based (temporary/on-call) work. Hours vary depending on event schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup, including tables, linens, place settings, buffet lines, beverage stations, and décor.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout the event.
  • Serve plated meals, pass appetizers, manage buffet stations, and deliver beverages as directed.
  • Communicate clearly with the event captain and culinary team to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, clearing plates, glassware, and trash throughout the event.
  • Monitor guest needs proactively, refilling drinks and addressing requests promptly.
  • Follow all food safety and service standards to ensure a professional, safe event environment.
  • Assist with event breakdown, including clearing tables, packing equipment, and resetting spaces as needed.
  • Represent the catering company professionally at all times with a positive and polished demeanor.

  • Previous experience as a server is preferred
