Seasonal Installer:
Seasonal Installers are a vital part of the Event Rental business. They ensure the safe, timely, and professional setup and breakdown of event equipment at client locations. As a Seasonal Installer, youโ€™ll transport items to and from job sites, assemble products according to event plans, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. All shifts begin at a designated Bright Event Rentals location, where youโ€™ll meet your team before traveling together to event sites for deliveries, setups, and pickups. Work takes place in both indoor and outdoor environments, often in varying weather conditions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload vehicles with event equipment.
  • Set up and dismantle items such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tenting, dishware, and custom-made pieces.
  • Follow event layout plans to ensure accurate placement of equipment.
  • Travel with a driver or installation crew to multiple event sites in a single day.
  • Assist Drivers with safe maneuvering of vehicles at event sites.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members during on-site work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Qualifications for Seasonal Installers:

  • Previous event setup or installation experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing daily schedules based on event bookings and completion times.
  • Reliable transportation to meet at the warehouse or assigned Bright location before each shift.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued.
