Join Our Team as a Delivery Crew Member at Oak & Ash Events!


Oak & Ash Events is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our delivery crew. You’ll be responsible for loading, transporting, and setting up luxury furniture, tableware and decor at venues across Southwest FL. This role requires professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent customer service.


What you'll do:

As a Delivery Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly by delivering and setting up essential equipment and materials. Your responsibilities will include:


- Safely transporting event rentals to and from designated locations.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of event rentals & decor.
- Ensuring all deliveries are accurate and completed on time.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, delivery vehicles, rentals, and equipment.
- Collaborating with the team to meet client expectations and uphold our high standards.


What we're looking for:

  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (background check required)
  • Weekend availability, with potential on-call shifts during busy event weekends
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items with care
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
