Consolidated Supply Co., a leading Pacific Northwest distributor of plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works products, is looking for an experienced Water Works Outside Salesperson to join our team in Bend, Oregon.

What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you are the face of Consolidated Supply Co. in the field. You’ll combine strong relationship skills with smart sales strategy to grow both revenue and long-term partnerships.

You will:

  • Manage and grow an established territory of water works customers
  • Achieve sales, gross margin, and market penetration goals
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and estimators
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with vendor partners to bring value-driven solutions to customers
  • Stay consistently engaged with customers to anticipate needs and deliver service that stands out
  • Support company initiatives, promotions, and strategic growth efforts
