Residential Sales Specialist - Water Solutions

$70,000 - $90,000+ per year (Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses).

Atlantic Blue Water Services is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Sales Specialists.

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, test their water, and help them find the right solutions to improve their home and water quality. No prior industry experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Compensation Structure (Indeed-Compliant):
  • Base pay provided (hourly or salary, based on experience).
  • Commission and performance bonuses in addition to base pay.
  • Expected total earnings: $70,000 - $90,000+ annually.

This is not a commission-only position.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform in-home water testing and evaluations.
  • Educate homeowners on water quality and system performance.
  • Recommend customized water treatment solutions.
  • Prepare estimates and complete sales.
  • Build trust through clear, professional communication.
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities.
  • Manage appointments and schedule independently.
