Are you an experienced Automotive Inventory Clerk looking for a stable career with a dealership that values its employees like family?
For over 70 years, Friendly Chevrolet has been one of the most respected and successful dealerships in Texas. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Automotive Inventory Clerk to join our Accounting Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Stock in new and used vehicle inventory
• Bill wholesale transactions
• Maintain and reconcile inventory schedules
• Prepare titles and required documentation to auctions
• Review vehicle inventory for accuracy and completeness
• Work closely with accounting, sales, and management teams
• Assist with month-end inventory reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous Automotive Inventory Clerk experience required
• High-volume dealership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
