Automotive Sales Manager- Classic Honda
Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, an Automotive News Top 150 dealership group with 17 dealerships serving the Central Florida and Columbia, South Carolina markets, has been proudly family-owned since 1938. We are looking for a result-driven, motivated experienced Automotive Sales Manager responsible for promoting, training, and selling the dealership's products and services through effective sales and training techniques and quality customer service. We are a negotiation-free sales environment where our sales specialists are paid an hourly rate plus bonuses based on the number of cars sold, not the price of the car. Ford Experience is a plus.

Essential Duties include the following:
  • Interview, hire, and train new sales associates
  • Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
  • Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
  • Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
  • Coach and Counsel sales associates
  • Order/acquire new- and used-vehicle inventory
  • Administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs
  • Display, merchandise, and promotes new- and used-vehicles
  • Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
  • Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments
  • Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
  • Follow our selling process including manager fly-bys and presenting numbers to customers
  • Appraise vehicles
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Attends managers meetings as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Automotive Finance experience preferred
