Sales Manager โ€“ Automotive

Overview:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional buying experience from start to finish. In this role, you will guide both customers and sales consultants through the entire sales journey, from the first interaction to final delivery, while actively assisting in structuring and closing deals.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to motivate a team, and is confident stepping in to help close business.


What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed goals
  • Work directly with customers and sales staff to guide deals from start to finish
  • Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Monitor leads, follow-up, and CRM activity to maximize opportunities
  • Manage inventory, including appraising, purchasing, and merchandising vehicles
  • Analyze market trends and adjust inventory and sales strategies accordingly
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable
  • Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Partner with the F&I team to ensure a smooth transition and 100% TO process
