Our client, a fast-growing manufacturer, seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to build and lead this function from the ground up. Two production locations, globally sourced components, and an active DTC parts business. Brand-new role with high visibility and real impact.
Requirements
Hands-on supply chain experience - onshore and offshore purchasing
Experience sourcing prefab and custom-manufactured parts globally
Warehouse operations leadership with direct reports
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Low volume manufacturing experience
Comfortable building a function without a playbook
Automotive background not required
Responsibilities
Own purchasing, vendor relationships, and supply planning across two production sites
Lead warehouse operations - inventory accuracy, safety, and DTC fulfillment
Manage parts supply to production and an offsite company-owned warehouse
Drive cost savings, reduce waste, and minimize production downtime
