Job Summary

QSC is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Entertainment & Hospitality to lead marketing strategy across QSC's professional audio reinforcement applications, including commercial audio, hospitality, and entertainment. This role will support a broad portfolio of QSC technology solutions, spanning the QSC powered loudspeaker portfolio for live sound applications, and Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform solutions for installed systems.

The ideal candidate is a versatile marketing leader with deep experience in the AV industry and a proven track record supporting new product introductions. This includes partnering closely with product development teams, contributing market research and voice-of-the-customer insights, and translating product strategy into effective outbound marketing programs.
This role requires the ability to develop compelling messaging for a wide range of customers across the Entertainment & Hospitality segment, from solo performers, DJs, bands, and production professionals to venue owners, decision makers, and operators seeking installed commercial audio solutions built on the Q-SYS platform.

The ideal candidate will also bring strong instincts for modern audience engagement, including social media strategy, influencer marketing, artist relations, and creator-led campaign. At the same time, they must be able to bridge that consumer-facing energy into the installed commercial audio market, ensuring consistent, strategic positioning across both QSC powered loudspeaker and Q-SYS-based solutions.

This position will report to the VP Marketing, QSC.

This position is open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Research & Strategy: Drive segment-specific marketing strategies for live performance, hospitality, entertainment venues, bars/restaurants, houses of worship, theme parks, and other experience-driven environments. Lead strategic marketing across our segments and research areas, with a focus on deep market understanding, scientific rigor and strategic insight. Gather and leverage deep market insights, including market drivers, size, unmet needs, and key players through voice-of-the-customer, paid research, competitor data, to inform long term product development plans. 

Outbound execution:  Devise and execute outbound GTM strategy, crafting compelling value propositions and annual marketing execution plans for both NPI and sustaining campaigns. Lead marketing activities, content creation, event marketing, brand awareness, and sales enablement that reinforce our core competencies in both portable sound and installed sound. Manage the marketing relationships and strategy for major dealers for portable audio portfolio including Guitar Center, AMS, Musician's Friend, B&H, Full Compass).  Bridge consumer marketing instincts with B2B solution marketing discipline, helping connect QSC's loudspeaker heritage to the broader Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform story in installed entertainment and hospitality applications. 

Sales Enablement & Training:  Work with Training Department to build out product and segment-level sales enablement and end-user training development for entertainment and hospitality solutions;  Also maintain companywide visibility to product development roadmap for this segment through various communication means.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field required.  Masters/MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience of product marketing at a professional AV solutions manufacturer
  • Strong, balanced expertise in of both professional/portable loudspeakers and integrated audio, video and control systems,
  • Proven track record in new product introduction strategy
  • Strong networking capabilities to build relationships across various organizational levels and with customers.
  • Strong, tactical knowledge of modern influencer strategy and social media platforms
  • Strong balance between analytical aptitude and visionary envelope-pusher who thrives in a data-driven environment
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actional insights, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
  • On-camera executive marketing presence for live / pre-recorded launch event
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

The range for this position is $114,600.00  to 180,000.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant's experience and geographic location.
