Job Title:  Computer User Support Specialists

Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer User Support Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot application issues, and resolve end-user requests or escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
  2. Deliver end-user training, develop training materials, and assist users with system functionality and best practices.
  3. Document issues, resolutions, and user feedback while maintaining accurate support records and knowledge documentation.
  4. Collaborate with business and technical teams to support application rollouts, user adoption, and continuous operational improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3+ years of experience in application support, end-user training, technical troubleshooting, help desk operations, and customer support.

Technical Skills

Application Support, Technical Troubleshooting, Help Desk Support, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, Ticket Management Systems, End-User Training, Technical Documentation, Enterprise Application Support

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience supporting enterprise case management or public sector applications.
  2. Knowledge of child welfare, human services, or social services business processes.
  3. Experience supporting enterprise application deployments and on-site user adoption initiatives.
