Job Title Senior Program Manager - Application Development & Maintenance (ADM)
Location: Orange, CT (onsite 3 days a week)
Role Overview
The Senior Program Manager will lead large-scale Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) programs across SAP, Java, Data, and Salesforce platforms for a utilities customer. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance, client engagement, financial management, and cross-technology coordination in a global delivery model. The position is client-facing and requires fluency in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end program delivery for ADM engagements covering development, enhancements, and production support.
  • Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across SAP, Java, Data, and Salesforce portfolios.
  • Act as the primary client interface and escalation point; lead governance and executive reviews.
  • Manage program financials including budget, forecasting, revenue, and margin.
  • Ensure SLA, KPI, and contractual compliance while driving productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor multi-location delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure integrated delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and enterprise delivery standards.

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of IT experience with strong leadership in ADM / managed services programs.
  • Experience of managing large programs for utilities customer
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-technology programs (SAP, Java, Data, Salesforce).
  • Strong program governance, financial management, and risk management skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and executive communication capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications preferred.
  • SAP, Salesforce, or Cloud certifications are a plus.
