Job description

Clinic RN Supervisor

The Clinic RN Supervisor is an engaged and credentialed member of the Professional Nursing Organization and is responsible for autonomous practice directed by the professional tenets of practitioner, leader/decision maker, scientist, and transferor. The Clinic RN Supervisor is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to the improvement of care quality, safety, and value provided. The Clinic RN Supervisor will continuously monitor and evaluate practice and environment for safety concerns. Serves as a lead, clinical resource, role model, and extension of management to uphold institutional priorities, policies and practices.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Program required. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) at time of hire or degree expected within 24 months of hire. Over five years of nursing experience required, experience with ambulatory care clinics from patient-centered medical homes and care management. Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills desired. Licensed RN with VT eligibility and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
