About the Role
As a CBRE Transaction Management Analyst, you will provide analytical, transactional, and financial support for a major telecommunications client's real estate portfolio. This role partners closely with transaction managers, lease administration, and the broader account team to support lease events, reporting, and successful transaction execution.
This job is part of the Transaction Management function within Brokerage, which is responsible for executing, tracking, and reporting real estate transactions on behalf of CBRE clients. The team focuses on lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and other occupancy-related transactions that support client business objectives.
This position is based in Atlanta, GA and supports a national client account. The role is exempt and does not offer visa sponsorship.
What You'll Do
  • Manage, monitor, and report monthly on lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and rent escalations.
  • Track and maintain lease data, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
  • Support local transaction implementation and coordinate with transaction managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate transaction closeout, including documentation review and handoff to the lease administration team.
  • Provide transactional financial analysis and reporting support to the account team.
  • Participate in various real estate transactions, including lease negotiation support and lease administration activities.
  • Administer quality assurance processes, including transaction scorecards, customer satisfaction surveys, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Apply standard real estate and financial principles with developing practical experience to support decision-making.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to meet client objectives and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members by exchanging information, asking questions, and ensuring mutual understanding.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard operational and analytical problems.
  • Experience analyzing data and applying standard practices to make informed judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive and analytical mindset.
  • Intermediate math and financial skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial metrics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced account environment.
