Job description

Graham Technologies is seeking a Management Analyst to provide operational analysis, reporting, scheduling, travel coordination, records support, and executive-level administrative assistance for a Federal customer. The analyst will organize information, track actions, improve workflows, and help program leadership maintain efficient daily operations.

Location

  • Fort Lee, VA

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and organize operational, staffing, schedule, and performance information.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations, correspondence, and briefing materials.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain trackers for staffing, travel, deliverables, risks, decisions, actions, and recurring requirements.
  • Support travel planning, authorizations, itineraries, documentation, and reconciliation in accordance with Federal requirements.
  • Review business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Maintain organized electronic records and ensure documents are complete, current, and accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Coordinate information requests and data calls across multiple functional teams and locations.
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, facility-access tracking, and continuity-of-operations activities.
  • Provide professional customer service and cross-trained backup support during absences or workload surges.

Required Skills

Experience

  • Experience providing management analysis, program support, administrative coordination, operations support, or executive support.
  • Experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, action items, and records.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

Clearance

  • Active Secret clearance.

Certifications / Tools

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Desired Skills

Experience

  • Experience supporting Federal customers or multi-site programs.
  • Experience with executive briefings, workflow tracking, staffing reports, or financial and manpower reporting.

Education

  • Master's degree or graduate coursework in management, analytics, public administration, or a related discipline.

Certifications

  • Lean Six Sigma, CAPM, Microsoft Office Specialist, or related certification.
