To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria.

Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of essential hospitality standards and company policies.
• Proven skill in developing relations with guests, vendors, and internal departments.
• Time management and resource management.
• Responsible for booking restaurants, activities, babysitting. i.e., systems used Opera, RA and Knowcross.
• Assisting guests with booking flights, transportation, and Amtrak train.
• Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor.
• Strong organizational, communication and verbal skills
• Ability to provide professional communication in all environments.
• Stay poised and professional under all circumstances; remain polite, courteous, and helpful.
• Learn to evaluate guests by their preferences.
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
• Shifts vary daily, days off may not be together, expected to work holidays.
Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work, number of years required, equivalent experience, etc.)
• Prior hotel experience preferred.
• Public/Guest contact position
Educational Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Communication Skills Requirements: (Verbal: phone, in-person, group; Written: memos, documents)
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong phone etiquette
Technical Requirements:
• Strong computer skills
