Cardiologist, Non-Invasive (Focus CHF Management)

Deaconess Specialty Physicians in Evansville/Newburgh, Indiana is seeking a BC/BE Cardiologist to join a 25-physician and 20+-advanced practice provider cardiology and cardiovascular surgical group employed by Deaconess Health System, both regional leaders in care and treatment of cardiovascular disease.   Progressive practice with growth opportunities, including research. Strong physician-led governance structure. Clinically focused, with outpatient and inpatient expertise in management of CHF, VADs and pre/post-transplant patients. The candidate must be a polished professional with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with superior bedside manner.   The position is full-time with call responsibilities. Cardiologist, Non-Invasive

Deaconess Specialty Physicians seeks a full-time BC/BE cardiologist to join a 25-physician and 20+-advanced practice provider cardiology and cardiovascular surgical group employed by Deaconess Health System, both regional leaders in care and treatment of cardiovascular disease.  Candidate must have completed a cardiology fellowship and be proficient in non-invasive procedures including but not limited to TEE, cardioversion, echocardiology and nuclear stress testing.  Progressive practice with growth opportunities, including research. Strong physician-led governance structure. This is an outpatient & inpatient practice, primarily working in Henderson, KY with some coverage in Evansville/Newburgh, IN.   Call coverage will be in the general cardiology call rotation and is limited to the inpatient service line with an anticipated 1:5 weekday/weekend call.  Supported by outpatient APPs in the clinic setting and inpatient APPs in the hospital setting.  Successful outreach clinics staffed by the Deaconess Heart Group office in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois.  Three dedicated Non-Invasive departments at the Gateway, Midtown and Henderson Hospitals.  Dedicated office based clinical staff.  The candidate must be a polished professional with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with superior bedside manner.  As an employee of Deaconess Health System, you will enjoy a highly competitive compensation package with bonus incentives, and income guarantee of $650K/yr. for the first year, and a comprehensive benefits package.
