BayCare Clinic Cardiology is looking for a CHF Registered Nurse to join our team in Marinette, WI. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are 40 hours per 2-week pay period, with varying days depending on clinic needs between Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This position will travel occasionally to outlying facilities. No Holidays! No Weekends!

We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. The Job:
  • Makes time for staff who need assistance with operational issues at all clinical sites.
  • Demonstrates ability to develop new surgical services.
  • Participates in development and implementation of process improvements that enhance patient care and practice site efficiencies.
  • Assesses patients, follows through on plan of care, evaluates care and revises care plans as directed by a physician, PA, or NP.
  • Promotes problem solving with in the clinical areas and empowers and encourages clinical staff members.
  • Physician information requests are provided in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates the daily office schedule with staffing requirements.
  • Establishes training programs and teaches staff appropriate office procedures.
  • Works closely with the site manager.
  • Develops reports as requested by Site Manager.
  • Ensures accurate and timely information in patient charts.
  • Establishes phone triage and related standards.
  • Respects and maintains confidentiality.
  • Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.

The Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse designation required.
  • Must hold a valid RN license to practice in the state where practice occurs.
  • At least 2 years related nursing experience is preferred.
