Job Summary:
Universal Business Solutions is seeking a Lead Data Scientist (GenAI) to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and MCP. The role involves partnering with business and technical leaders to build secure, scalable, high-value GenAI capabilities across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Lead GenAI architecture and design scalable solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build modular LLM pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar frameworks.
• Define prompting, agent, and RAG strategies that can be reused across teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of GenAI projects from development through deployment and MLOps.
• Ensure responsible AI including governance, compliance, and explainability.
• Evaluate emerging AI trends and guide the adoption of high‐value innovations.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, ML, NLP, AI, linguistics, or related field.
• 4–7+ years in Data Science, ML, NLP, or AI.
• Hands‐on LLM experience including building, fine‐tuning, and deploying models in production.
• Strong Python skills (Scikit‐learn, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, spaCy, NLTK, Matplotlib).
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, PGVector).
Preferred:
• Advance degree a plus
