Compensation
Base rates: $20–$35 per hour
Up to $40 per hour for select students and assignments
Tutors may also qualify for performance bonuses connected to student satisfaction, reliability and other performance criteria.

We handle client acquisition, billing, family agreements, scheduling coordination and administrative logistics so you can focus on what you do best: helping students learn, grow and build confidence.

Subjects We’re Recruiting For
We are currently seeking tutors in:
Math — elementary through advanced high school
Reading, writing, and early literacy
Academic coaching and executive function support
Special education and diverse learning needs
Both generalists and tutors with specialized subject expertise are encouraged to apply.
Service Areas
Tutors may work with students in:
In-home and online tutoring opportunities are available. Tutors can indicate their preferred cities, travel radius, subjects and availability.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring or working with students with special needs, 504s, and IEPs
Strong knowledge in one or more academic subjects
Current college enrollment or a completed college degree
Experience as a teacher, education professional or subject-matter expert
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles
Reliability, professionalism and consistent follow-through
Reliable transportation for in-home assignments
A genuine passion for education and student success
Teaching credentials, specialized certifications and experience supporting students with unique learning needs are valuable, but not required for every position.
