Position Description:
As the Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for assisting the store team to successfully operate a memorial store. The ideal candidate is a compassionate team player with exceptional customer service and organizational skills. If you fit this description, Apply Today!
This position has an hourly wage range of $18 - $23 based on experience.
This is a part-time position with an expected 16 – 24 hours per week.
This position is eligible for an annual, discretionary bonus.
This position will remain posted until filled with resume review ongoing.
Essential Functions
- Client Service amp; Records Support: deliver a welcoming showroom experience by assisting visitors and managing phone/email inquiries, while maintaining a clean, organized facility and ensuring accurate customer and cemetery records
- Community Outreach amp; Memorial Sales Support: generate and nurture prospects through letters, leads, and community events while supporting the Memorial Consultant in guiding families through memorial selection, design, and purchase
- Cemetery Relations amp; Scheduling Support: Coordinate memorial order fulfillment by managing relationships with cemetery sextons, caretakers, and lettering teams, including scheduling memorial settings with all parties and occasional travel to cemeteries as needed
- Professional Development amp; Company Culture: travel to St. Cloud for required training and annual sales meetings while consistently upholding and demonstrating company values

Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years customer service
- An understanding of funeral home, granite or retail store operations
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Pre-employment physical and drug screen prior to hire
- Completion of technology testing and background check
- Ability to travel to St. Cloud, MN for training and annual sales meetings
