PRIME BEEF/RED HORSE Program Documentation Technician (SME)
Summary: This position includes providing a full range of Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) missions. Services shall be high quality and delivered in a timely fashion. The primary location of performance of these services shall be Tyndall AFB, Florida, (A&AS). provide advisory and assistance support for AFCEC/CXX to maximize Air Force CE capabilities in Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force (BEEF), RED HORSE management, Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR) technical expertise, Manpower and Equipment Force Packages (MEFPAK), Munition User Functional Management (MUFMS), and expeditionary facilities/equipment/energy modernization programs in support of base and contingency operations. This requirement supports the following AFCEC mission areas.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strong background in editorial and publications development including those used by DoD or other agencies of the Federal Government.
  • Working knowledge of how to analyze, design, and develop publications and training materials.
  • Comprehensive understanding of and prior experience in the management of large, multi-user publication systems.
  • Proficiency in computer skills to facilitate maintaining websites, and in the processing of documents by using of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Adobe Photoshop

Qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 15 years minimum experience mandatory working Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force (BEEF)/ Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer (RED HORSE) programs.
  • US Citizenship and have a DoD government Secret Clearance
  • Demonstrate skill in verbal and written communication
