Client is looking for SAP ABAP Developer for a 12+ month Federal remote project.
Title: SAP ABAP Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: $80/hr
Overview
We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with mid to Senior level years of experience in SAP development and customization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ABAP programming, SAP enhancements, integrations, and performance optimization, working closely with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
Description:

  • Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions.
  • Develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
  • Create and maintain ABAP Objects, ALV Reports, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
  • Develop and enhance BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and RFCs.
  • Build and support integrations using IDocs, APIs, OData Services, and Web Services.
  • Optimize ABAP programs for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Prepare technical specifications, unit tests, and documentation.
  • Follow SAP development standards and best practices.

Requirements
  • SAP ABAP development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Core ABAP, ABAP Objects (OOABAP), and Data Dictionary.
  • Navy experience required
  • Experience with Reports, ALV, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, and IDocs.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and APIs.
  • Experience in performance tuning and debugging.
  • Understanding of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, PP, or HR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
