Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Account Management team to assist with Systems Support & Administration capacity. This entry-level role is focused on supporting the accuracy, structure, and integrity of customer data within our internal systems.
In this role, you will help ensure customer accounts are organized correctly and that teams across the organization can rely on accurate system data to support business operations. You will gain hands-on experience with business systems, data management, and cross-functional coordination within a global organization.

  • Maintain and update customer account information within internal systems
  • Support account structure updates, including:
    • Company hierarchies

  • Respond to internal requests related to system access, account visibility, and data updates
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve data or system-related questions

  • Build foundational knowledge of:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
  • Interest in systems, data management, or business operations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
