Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; new graduates will not be considered
• Treat a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Business casual dress code required
• Manage 12-13 patient visits per day
• Maintain an active patient caseload of 25-30 patients
• Utilize NextGen for case management and fall risk assessments
• Treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions including Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post-operative back pain, calf strains, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, fractures and stress fractures, generalized low back pain, headaches, meniscus tears, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff non-surgical intervention, rotator cuff post-operative care, SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and total joint replacement
• Position is a rapid response/crisis need requiring immediate availability
