• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, determining their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific orthopedic conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities to alleviate pain, restore function, and promote healing, closely adhering to the physician's plan of care.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and treatment protocols, ensuring compliance with medical and legal standards.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with patients, guiding and motivating them throughout their recovery journey.
• Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers regarding exercises, home modifications, and self-management strategies.
• Proactively participate in clinical meetings, contributing to protocol development and discussing innovations in physical therapy practices.
• Meet minimum productivity metrics while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated clinical experience with at least two years in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records and practice management software.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, showing empathy and commitment to their recovery process.

• Specialized training in sports rehabilitation, pediatric physical therapy, or pain management.
• Previous experience with evidence-based treatment programs and outcome measures related to orthopedic therapy.
• Leadership experience or involvement in departmental initiatives to enhance care quality and patient satisfaction metrics.
