Job description

We are a growing home services company that is looking for crew leads. Pay can range from $18-$27/hr depending on experience.
We are looking for people who like to engage and make a difference in people’s lives. Daily, we get to experience the joys of making customers happy. We want to talk with you if you have the skills to do the work above as well as enjoy engaging with customers.
Some of the work we do includes:
  • Kitchen remodels
  • Bathroom remodels
  • Tile Work
  • Drywall
  • Painting
  • Flooring (all types except carpet)
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Windows & doors
  • Finish carpentry
  • All around handyman
The ideal candidate would:
  • Be charismatic and enjoy engaging with customers
  • Have at least 2 years of hands-on skilled trades experience related to the work listed above
  • Take supervision well
  • Be driven to constantly learn and improve
  • Own hand tools and be proficient in their use
  • Own basic power tools
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Have a clean drivers license and able to drive company vehicles
  • Be able to provide references from past work history
The advanced candidate would:
  • Have 5 years of experience doing all of the things listed above
We have a large backlog of work that will allow you to work between 35-50 hours a week. Our team currently averages 40+ hours a week.
