Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Management Director to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Building large, complex program portfolios with full P&L responsibility, including billion-dollar budgets and multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact with senior government, DoD, and international stakeholders.
  • Directing all phases of program execution from capture through delivery, including integrated program management (SOW/WBS/IMS/Risk Management/EVMS).
  • Overseeing business operations, financial performance, schedule execution, and quality delivery across classified and unclassified programs.
  • Developing and executing program strategies, proposals, and executive briefings to senior leadership.
  • Driving process improvements in earned value management, risk management, and program metrics.
  • Building and leading high-performing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
  • Supporting technology and prototype development, experimentation, and executive reporting.
  • Managing resource availability, subcontractors, and secure facilities to support portfolio delivery

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance (eligible for reactivation).
  • Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field required).
  • 15+ years of experience in program management, engineering management, or portfolio leadership for defense, aerospace, or government programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with P&L responsibility for large-scale programs ($100M+).
  • Proven track record in integrated program management, earned value management systems (EVMS), and risk management.
  • Strong executive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Experience interfacing with senior government and military leadership.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience supporting NRO, DoD, or international government customers.
  • Familiarity with space systems, nuclear C2, ISR, cyber, and advanced technology domains.
  • PMP and CAM certifications.
  • Experience with classified program execution and secure facility management.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and distributed teams simultaneously.
